2c distilled water
1/4c apple cider vinegar (I use BRAGGS brand)
10 drops orange or eucalyptus essential oils
Combine all ingredients in a plastic or glass container. Shake and mix well. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 year. Apply to face as you would a toner with a cotton pad.
