With Thanksgiving just around the corner, my taste buds crave anything and everything pumpkin. Overall, pumpkin can be very bland. Sweet pumpkin treats are typically loaded with sugar. So to solve my pumpkin craving I began making this amazing Pumpkin Ice Cream, (Dairy Free of course :) Try it and I know you'll enjoy it!!
4 medium bananas, sliced and frozen overnight
1c pumpkin puree
1/3c maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
Using a food processor, blend the bananas, pumpkin, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice thoroughly. Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 24 hours.
