Mike's Homemade Salsa
4 roma tomatoes
10 tomatillos
4 hatch peppers
3 jalapeno peppers
1/2 lime, squeezed
2 cloves of garlic
1tsp onion powder
1 small head of cilantro
pinch of salt
pince of black pepper
pinch of cumin
Spritz all veggies with olive oil. Roast on grill at medium/high heat until skins are charred. Remove from grill and place in tupperware container, uncovered. Let rest several minutes. Squeeze tomatoes slightly to drain off excess liquid. Put all ingredients into the food processor & blend until desired consistency. Serve with veggie chips or homemade tortilla chips.
