Crab Salad & Crisps

2 scallions, finely chopped
2 tblsp olive oil mayo
1 tsp hot sesame oil
1/4 bell pepper, finely chopped
8oz lump cabmeat
24 brown rice crackers

In a small bowl, combine the scallions, mayo, sesame oil & bell pepper. Mix well. Gently fold in the crabmeat until combined.  Scoop 1 tablespoon of crab salad per cracker. Serve immediately.
