Peppercorn Sauce

Peppercorn Sauce

1/4c olive oil reduced fat Hellman's mayo
1 tblsp fat-free milk
2 tsp buttermilk
2 tsp parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp white vinegar
1/8 tsp black pepper, ground

Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl.  Store in air-tight container for 4 days.
