Bagel Gone Bananas!

Bagel Gone Bananas

1 tblsp natural nut butter, (peanut, almond or cashew)
1 whole wheat bagel, split & toasted
1 small banana, cut into slices

Spread nut butter onto both bagel halves, top with banana slices & serve.

Serving: 1/2 bagel   228 cal   4g fat   36g carb          8g protein   6g fiber   301mg potassium
